Typically (and as available), both audio and visual elements are used if messaging updates are deemed appropriate for broadcasting to patrons. Team members on site will also provide updates as appropriate.

Stadium management and event promoter officials pay close attention to the weather leading up to event time and make every effort to keep the field ready for play. Unless the weather prior to event/game time is particularly severe or the forecast reveals that inclement weather is inevitable, team officials/promoter will plan to play the game/conduct the event as scheduled unless otherwise noted.
