The Shrine on Airline is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Information on accessibility can be found below.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking spaces are available in the lots.
For information about accessible parking for an event, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS
Accessible stalls are provided in every restroom location on the main concourse level.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING & TICKETING INFORMATION
For information about event day ticket sales and will call locations, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Wheelchair accessible seating is located in various sections throughout the facility. When requesting tickets for an event taking place inside the stadium, please identify your needs and/or if you need a seating location that is accessible for a standard-sized wheelchair, larger scooter, or other mobility device. Guests purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may also purchase companion seats.
If you have purchased a ticket that is not designated as an accessible seating location (ASL/ADA) for an event taking place inside the stadium, but you are in need of such, please visit the Guest Services office located adjacent to Section 119 on the main concourse. Please note that there may be limited inventory. All ADA seats may be purchased through the appropriate online ticket sales source for each specific event.
The Shrine on Airline box office locations and their event day usage with vary depending on each event’s scope.
ELEVATORS
The Shrine on Airline has one passenger elevator and one freight elevator. For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with disabilities, the stadium has a passenger elevator located inside the main lobby at Gate 3.

At The Shrine on Airline, we are proud of the efforts that we have completed and that are in-progress to ensure that our website and mobile site are accessible to everyone. SERVICE ANIMALS
The Shrine on Airline and its events welcome trained guide, signal or service dogs assisting guests with disabilities and permits them inside the stadium. Please identify such animals to ticket takers upon entry.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION
Requests for interpretation services should be made at least thirty (30) business days prior to an event.
WEBSITE ASSISTANCE
The Shrine on Airline is committed to providing a positive experience to all our guests and we aim to facilitate the accesibility and usability of our website and mobile site. Our goal is to permit our guests to successfully gather information and transact business through our webite regardless of the use of assistive technologies like a screen reader, a magnifier, or voice recognition software.

WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are typically available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be found at Guest Services located behind Section 119. In order to check out a wheelchair, patrons must provide a valid driver’s license and must return it to this Guest Services immediately following the event.
